Terms and Conditions
Cambridge Chocolate Company will take no responsibility for damaged parcels after they have left us. Damages must be claimed by the customer through Royal Mail.
Cambridge Chocolate Company will take no responsibility for chocolate that has been melted in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure you are happy with the risks involved with ordering in the summer months. Please do not purchase if you are not happy to take these risks. We advice first class postage is used at these times.
Cambridge Chocolate Company will always keep proof of postage for your goods. For any parcels that are lost with Royal Mail it is the customers responsibility to claim this through Royal Mail.
Refunds - we are happy to refund any item that is returned in the original packaging, in the same condition it left us in. Returns must be registered with us within 14 days of sale date. Return postage is at the cost of the customer and the original postage will not be returned. Any bespoke/personalised items will not be eligible for a refund.
Allergies - please speak to us directly about any allergens you may have or anyone you are gifting may have. Please do not assume that items do not contain allergens.
